Adjust Ventures CIC is a community interest company established to create resilient, inclusive and thriving communities across South Yorkshire. We design and deliver initiatives that open up access to good work, enterprise and opportunity for people who are currently underrepresented in the economy, including refugees, young people and those facing structural barriers to employment.

Our impact-focused work includes employment programmes, training, and community-led enterprise development. We work in partnership with local organisations to create accessible pathways into work, support social integration and strengthen local economies.

Alongside this, we develop revenue-generating social enterprises that create sustainable income while delivering direct social impact. These ventures are designed to provide fair, flexible and dignified employment, while reinvesting surplus back into community benefit. As a CIC, we operate with a clear asset lock and reinvest all profits to further our mission of redistributing opportunity, health and wealth locally.
